Refund & Return Policy

When you can return goods

• Goods damaged in transit, the wrong item, or short supply, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• Manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Unopened, unused packs in their original condition, returned within 7 days of delivery when you change your mind. In this case return freight is paid by the customer.

What we cannot accept

• Opened or used packs, unless they are defective or not what you ordered.
• Special or custom orders made to your specification.
• Goods damaged by improper storage, handling or use after delivery.

How to request a return

Email Sales@rockgrip.in or call us with your order or invoice number, a description of the problem and photos. We will reply within 2 working days with the next steps.

Refunds

• Once we receive and check the returned goods, we will replace them or issue a refund, as you prefer.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method or by bank transfer within 7 working days of approval.
• For damage, wrong items or short supply, we refund or replace the goods and pay the freight.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, the return rules above apply.
