Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all purchases from Rock Grip Engineering OPC Pvt Ltd through rockgrip.in and store.rockgrip.in. By placing an order or quote request you agree to them.

Orders and quotes

  • Adding items to the cart and submitting it creates a quote request. It is not a confirmed order.
  • We review each request and send a confirmed quote showing price, GST, delivery charges and the expected dispatch date.
  • An order is confirmed only when you accept our quote and we receive payment or written confirmation, as agreed.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, stock limits or incomplete details. Any amount paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.

Prices and taxes

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹), per kg, and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
  • GST at the applicable rate (currently 18% for steel nails, HSN 7317) is added on the quote and invoice.
  • Steel prices change often. Prices on the website may change without notice; the price on your confirmed quote applies to that order.

Payment

Payment is by bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI or any other method shown on your quote. Credit terms, if any, apply only when agreed in writing.

Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once payment is received in full.

Product use

Our nails are general-purpose construction and carpentry products. Please use suitable tools and safety equipment. Product specifications are nominal and subject to normal manufacturing tolerances.

Returns

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sivagangai District, Tamil Nadu.
